Doggie Doodle

Doggie Doodle
Decided to stick around a bit after work to do some doodling. This is doggie version 2.0. The first one disappeared into oblivion when Gimp crashed – need to figure out why Gimp crashes. So this one was drawn with Krita. I’m running out of batteries, so I better head home. Byes.

Tablet PC

Last Tuesday I ordered a laptop. Nay, a tablet pc. The Thinkpad X41 Tablet.

Two attempts to get UPS to leave my package with the superintendent while I’m at work failed, so I devised a plan to take matters into my own hands. A plan to venture into the belly of the beast and extract the package from its grasp. The challenge was that they close at 6:30, I finish work at 5:00 and it’s a >20 min drive according to Google Maps, not taking into account it being rush hour.

A new shazow.net

Welcome to shazow.net 3.0

After some important life lessons that were gently shoved down my throat over the past couple of months, I decided to migrate over to a WordPress blog. My experience with this process has been almost delightful. Importing previous posts from an RSS feed was a piece of cake, customizing a theme to my liking was a piece of muffin, and the whole weekend was generally full of baked goods.

I’ll be customizing this theme as I go, so expect weird changes. Meanwhile, make an account and make yourselves at home.
